Air Outlet Replacement - Defroster

AIR OUTLET REPLACEMENT - DEFROSTER

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the trim pad instrument panel.
2. Remove the cross vehicle beam.
3. Remove the screws and the defroster air outlet duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the defroster air outlet duct.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the defroster air outlet duct screws.

Tighten
Tighten the defroster air outlet duct screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

3. Install the cross vehicle beam.
4. Install the trim pad instrument panel.
