Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

^ Tools Required
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure
1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Drain the cooling system.
3. Remove the lower air baffle.





4. Use the J 38185 in order to remove the outlet hose clamp from the radiator.
5. Disconnect the outlet hose from the radiator.





6. Use the J 38185 in order to disconnect the outlet hose clamp from the thermostat housing.
7. Remove the outlet hose.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the outlet hose.
2. Connect the outlet hose to the thermostat housing.
3. Use the J 38185 in order to install the outlet hose clamp to the radiator.





4. Connect the outlet hose to the radiator.
5. Use the J 38185 in order to install the outlet hose clamp to the radiator.
6. Install the lower air baffle.
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Fill the cooling system.
9. Inspect for leaks.
