Seat Horizontal and Vertical Drive Cable Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the power seat adjuster. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Replacement (Six-Way Power) (Front Seat Adjuster Replacement (Six-Way Power))Front Seat Adjuster Replacement (Two-Way Manual) (Front Seat Adjuster Replacement (Two-Way Manual)).
2. Squeeze the oblong connector at the end of the horizontal and vertical drive cables.
Carefully flex the cable and remove it from the motors and horizontal/vertical actuators.


Installation Procedure




1. Carefully flex the cables and install them to the motors and horizontal/vertical actuators.
2. Firmly push the oblong connector at the end of the horizontal and vertical drive cables into the motors.
3. Install the power seat adjuster. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Replacement (Six-Way Power) (Front Seat Adjuster Replacement (Six-Way Power))Front Seat Adjuster Replacement (Two-Way Manual) (Front Seat Adjuster Replacement (Two-Way Manual)).
