Cruise Control Servo Cable: Service and Repair

CRUISE CONTROL CABLE REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the push-in retainers from the cruise control cable cover.
2. Remove the cruise control cable cover from the throttle body control bracket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Adjust the cruise control cable if there is any slack in the cable. Refer to Cruise Control Cable Adjustment.
2. Position the cruise control cable cover to the throttle body control bracket.
3. Install the push-in retainers to the cruise control cable cover.
