74. Engine Block Assemble - Lower

1. Install the NEW oil gallery expansion plug.





2. Ensure the NEW oil gallery expansion plug is installed to the proper depth.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





3. Install the NEW oil gallery threaded plug.
Tighten the NEW oil gallery threaded plug to 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.).
