70. Water Crossover Assemble

1. Install the EGR valve gasket.
2. Install the EGR valve.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the EGR valve studs.
Tighten the EGR valve studs to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).





4. Install the EGR wire harness heat shield.
5. Install the EGR wire harness heat shield nuts.
Tighten the EGR wire harness heat shield nuts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
