Brake Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair
Removal Procedure1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
2. Disconnect the brake pressure sensor connector.
3. Remove the brake pressure sensor.
Installation Procedure
1. Make sure the O-ring is installed properly on the brake pressure sensor.
2. Install the brake pressure sensor.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
^ Tighten the brake pressure sensor to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
3. Connect the brake pressure sensor connector.
4. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, engine off.
5. Perform the Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding in Hydraulic Brakes.
6. Perform the A Diagnostic System Check - ABS.
