Front Door Opening Weatherstrip Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the front door.
2. Remove the carpet retainers. Refer to Front Side Door Opening Floor Carpet Retainer Replacement (Front Side Door Opening Floor Carpet Retainer Replacement) in Interior Trim.




3. Remove the front door weatherstrip by pulling the weatherstrip from the pinch-weld flange.

Installation Procedure




1. Align the front door weatherstrip to the pinch-weld flange.
2. Apply pressure to the front door weatherstrip until fully seated.
3. Install the carpet retainers. Refer to Front Side Door Opening Floor Carpet Retainer Replacement (Front Side Door Opening Floor Carpet Retainer Replacement) In Interior Trim.
4. Close the front door.
