Dimmer Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Use a flat blade tool and remove the heater, venting, and air conditioning vent from the instrument panel.
2. Twist the bulb and socket assembly to remove, if applicable.




3. Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
4. Remove switch from the switch plate.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the switch to the switch plate.
2. Install the new bulb and socket assembly, if applicable.




3. Connect the electrical connectors (1).
4. Snap the instrument panel vent into place.
