21. Engine Block Plug Removal

1. Remove the water jacket drain plug.





2. Remove the oil flow check valve.





3. Remove the oil passage plug from the front of the engine block.





4. Remove the oil passage plug from the timing chain tensioner gallery.





5. Remove the rear oil passage plug.





6. Remove the oil passage plug from the right side of the engine block.





7. Remove the timing chain housing alignment pins.





8. Remove the oil pan alignment pins.
