Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

^ Tools Required
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers





1. Partially drain the engine coolant from the cooling system.
2. Use J 38185 in order to remove the outlet hose clamp from the radiator.
3. Disconnect the outlet hose from the radiator.





4. Remove the outlet hose clamp from the water crossover using the J 38185.
5. Disconnect the outlet hose from the water crossover.
6. Remove the outlet hose.


INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

^ Tools Required
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers





1. Install the outlet hose.
2. Connect the outlet hose to the water crossover.
3. Use J 38185 in order to install the outlet hose clamp from the radiator.





4. Connect the outlet hose to the radiator.
5. Install the outlet hose clamp to the radiator using the J 38185.
6. Fill the cooling system with engine coolant.
7. Inspect system for leaks.
