Coolant Heater Replacement- Right
REMOVAL PROCEDURE1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the right (rear) coolant heater cord at the right (rear) coolant heater.
3. Remove the right (rear) coolant heater retaining bolt.
4. Remove the right (rear) coolant heater.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Important: Align the threaded hole in the engine block with the hole labeled R (1) on the right (rear) coolant heater.
1. Install the right (rear) coolant heater.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Notice: Refer to Engine Block Heater Cord Routing in Service Precautions.
2. Install the right (rear) coolant heater retaining bolt.
^ Tighten the right (rear) coolant heater bolt to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.).
3. Connect the right (rear) coolant heater cord to the right (rear) coolant heater.
4. Lower the vehicle.
