DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE





1. Remove the housing plug (5) from the pump housing assembly (1).
2. Remove the O-ring seal (4).
3. Remove the flow control spring (3).
4. Remove the control valve (2).

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE





1. Install the control valve (2) to the pump housing assembly (1).
2. Install the flow control spring (3).
3. Install the O-ring seal (4).
4. Install the housing plug (5).
Tighten the housing plug to 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.).
