Removal Procedure

Removal Procedure
1. Disable the SIR system.
2. Remove the steering wheel assembly.
3. Remove the tilt lever.
4. Remove the following components:
^ The 3 lower steering column cover screws
^ The lower steering column cover Unsnap the column covers.

5. Remove the multi-function lever.
6. Remove the coil assembly retaining clip (3).
7. Cut the plastic zip tie in order to remove the SIR coil wiring harness.
8. Remove the coil assembly (1).
