Mold and mildew odor problem - Under certain climate and operating condition a musty odor develops caused by growth in the evaporator core face. This odor is generally temporary and as climate conditions change will disappear and repair on its own. However, if odor persists, it may become necessary to remove evaporator core and clean face with appropriate cleaner.
