Console Armrest Replacement - Front Floor





REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the storage bin.
2. Remove the fasteners (1) retaining the console compartment door hinge to the console.
3. Partially close the console compartment door, slide the door forward in order to clear the console.
Remove the door assembly.
4. Remove the hinge from the door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the hinge to the door.
2. Install the door to the console assembly. Put the door hinge in the closed position, install door forward of mounting location then slide rearward in order to allow hinge to clear the console.
3. Open the door.
4. Align the hinge to the console.

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
Install the hinge fasteners (1).

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

5. Install the storage bin.
