Install or Connect

Description:

Installation Procedure
1. Slide the inflatable restraint IP module (4) into the IP opening.
2. Install all of the inflatable restraint IP module mounting fasteners.

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Tighten
^ Tighten the nuts, in the proper order (1 to 6), to 10 N.m (84 lb. in).
^ Tighten the bolts, in the proper order (7 and 8) to 2 N.m (17 lb. in).

3. Install the IP Assembly.
4. Enable the SIR system.
