EVAP Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the electrical connector and hoses from the EVAP purge solenoid.




2. Disconnect the hoses from the EVAP purge solenoid.




3. Bend the tab on the solenoid mounting bracket to remove the EVAP purge solenoid.
4. Remove the EVAP purge solenoid.


Installation Procedure




1. Bend the tab on the EVAP purge solenoid mounting bracket to install the EVAP purge solenoid.
2. Install the EVAP purge solenoid.




3. Connect the hoses and the electrical connector to the solenoid.
4. Connect the electrical connector to the solenoid.
