Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

^ Tools Required
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Partially drain the engine coolant from the cooling system.
2. Remove the left diagonal brace.





3. Disconnect the inlet hose from the radiator using the J 38185.





4. Disconnect the inlet hose from the thermostat housing using the J 38185.
5. Remove the inlet hose.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the inlet hose in position and align the marks on the hose.
2. Connect the inlet hose to the thermostat housing using the J 38185.





3. Connect the inlet hose to the radiator using the J 38185.
4. Install the left diagonal brace.
5. Fill the cooling system with engine coolant.

IMPORTANT: To properly fill the system you must use the air bleed vents.

6. Inspect for leaks.
