Obstruction in the defroster nozzle.
- Inspect defroster nozzle.
- Remove any foreign objects.
- Repair any loose instrument panel pad that blocks an outlet.

Faulty defoster air valve vacuum actuator or hose.
- Inspect the defroster air valve operation.
- Replace a faulty vacuum actuator or hose.
