REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Sealing Strip: Front Door Window Belt Outer - Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the outside rearview mirror.
2. Lower the front door window.
3. Remove front door outer belt sealing strip screw.
4. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip from the pinchweld flange, by lifting up the sealing strip.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Sealing Strip: Front Door Window Belt Outer - Installation Procedure:

IMPORTANT: Ensure the front door outer belt sealing strip is aligned properly to the front door inner panel for the screw installation.

1. Install the front door outer belt sealing strip to the pinchweld flange, align the strip with the screw hole.

Press the strip into place until fully seated.
2. Install the front door outer belt sealing strip screw.

Tighten
Tighten the outer belt sealing strip screw to 1.5 N.m(1 3 lb in).

3. Install the outside rearview mirror.
4. Raise the front door window.
