Energy Absorber Pad

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Energy Absorber Pad Replacement: Front Door - Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the trim panel.
2. Remove the water deflector.
3. Remove the window regulator.
4. Remove the energy absorber pad screw.
5. Remove the energy absorber pad from the door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Energy Absorber Pad Replacement: Front Door - Installation Procedure:

1. Install the energy absorber pad to the door.
2. Install the energy absorber pad screw.

Tighten
Tighten the energy absorber pad screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the window regulator.
4. Install the water deflector.
5. Install the trim panel.
