REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Impact Bar Replacement: Rear Bumper - Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the rear bumper energy absorber.
2. Remove the tailpipe insulators from the exhaust muffler rear hanger bracket

3. Remove the rear bumper impact bar bolts.
4. Remove the exhaust muffler rear hanger bracket.

5. Remove the rear bumper impact bar.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Impact Bar Replacement: Rear Bumper - Installation Procedure:

1. Install the rear bumper impact bar to the body.

2. Install the exhaust muffler rear hanger bracket.

3. Install the rear bumper impact bar bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the rear bumper impact bar bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

4. Install the tailpipe insulators to the exhaust muffler rear hanger bracket.
5. Install the rear bumper energy absorber.
