Muffler: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking in General Information.
2. Remove the muffler assembly from the intermediate pipe.





3. Remove the muffler from the hangers.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the muffler to the hangers.





2. Install the muffler assembly to the intermediate pipe.
3. Lower the vehicle.
