EGR Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Disconnect the electrical connector at the EGR valve.
2. Remove the two base to flange nuts and linear EGR valve assembly.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Install the linear EGR valve assembly two nuts and tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb. ft.).
2. Connect the electrical connector.
