Power Steering Pump Cooler Pipe Assembly

REMOVAL
Remove or disconnect the following:
1. Raise vehicle and suitable support.
2. Lower suspension support for clearance.
3. Hose clamps from cooling pipes. Plug hoses.
4. Clips holding pipes to body.
5. Screws securing cooling pipe to underbody.
6. Cooling pipe from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
Install or connect the following:
1. Cooling pipe into position.
2. Screws and clips securing cooling pipe to underbody.
^ Tighten screw to 1.7 Nm (15 inch lbs.).
3. Unplug hoses.
4. Hoses and clamps.
5. Raise suspension support and tighten bolts.
^ Tighten suspension support bolts in order listed.
- Center Bolts 120 Nm (89 ft. lbs.).
- Front Bolts 120 Nm (89 ft. lbs.).
- Rear Bolts 120 Nm (89 ft. lbs.).
6. Lower vehicle.
7. Fill with fluid and bleed system if necessary.
8. Check for leaks.
