Canister Purge Solenoid: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the electrical connector and hoses from the EVAP purge solenoid (1).
2. Bend the tab on the solenoid mounting bracket to remove the EVAP purge solenoid (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Bend the tab on the solenoid mounting bracket to install the solenoid (1).
2. Install the Solenoid.
3. Connect the hoses and the electrical connector to the solenoid.
