Preset Scan

This is a hidden function on the radio.

When the SCAN push-button is pressed a minimum of 2 seconds, the Preset Scan mode will be activated. Pressing and holding the SCAN button will immediately mute the audio and after a 2 second delay, will cause the receiver to select the last preset selection initiated by either the radio preset buttons or the SAC " program' button (if applicable). If the receiver is presently tuned to a preset that was selected with either one of these buttons, the receiver will increment to the next preset selection. The audio is then un-muted while the tuner pauses for 5 seconds before again muting and incrementing to the next preset. The associated ATC mode will also be selected along with the preset
