Oil Distribution Cover Replacement

REMOVAL
1. Remove the lower intake manifold.
2. Disconnect the vent hose.
3. Remove the oil distribution cover mounting bolts.
4. Remove the oil distribution cover.
5. Remove the oil distribution cover gasket.
6. Clean the gasket material from the mating surfaces.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the oil distribution gasket.
2. Install the oil distribution cover.
3. Install the oil distribution mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the vent hose.
5. Install the lower intake manifold.
