Engine Block Heater: Testing and Inspection

If engine block heated fails to, operate, perform the following inspections:
^ Check power supply
^ Check electrical cord connections at the power supply and at the heater.
^ Check electrical cord for proper routing, opens or shorts.

If all the above check good, replace the engine block heater.
