Cruise Control Cable At Throttle Body 3100 Engine L82:

CAUTION: Refer to "CAUTION".

The cruise control module is mounted near the left strut tower and must be serviced as a complete unit.

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Cable adjuster lock.
2. Cable from module by rotating the cable counterclockwise.
3. Cable from module strap.
4. Cable from cable retainers.
5. Cable from throttle lever and accelerator control cable bracket.
6. Cable from engine.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

Refer to Service Precautions.

1. Cable to engine.
2. Cable to throttle lever and accelerator control cable bracket.
3. Cable to cable retainers.
4. Cable to module strap.

Important: Make sure that the module strap is not twisted during installation of the cable.

5. Cable to module by rotating the cable clockwise.
