Rotor Replacement
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT1. Two thirds of brake fluid from master cylinder.
2. Raise vehicle and suitably support.
3. Tire and wheel.
4. Caliper mounting bracket.
5. Brake Rotor. Clean metal contact surfaces between brake rotor and hub bearing flange.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Brake rotor.
2. Caliper mounting bracket.
3. Tire and wheel.
4. Lower vehicle.
5. Apply approximately 778 N (175 lb.) force to brake pedal (after bleeding, if necessary) three times to seat brake pads against rotor.
