Front Bracket

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Caliper. Front Caliper Replacement
2. Caliper mounting bracket bolts using No. 60 Torx Bit.
3. Caliper mounting bracket.
4. Bushings from bracket.

NOTE: Inspect bracket for cracks. Replace if necessary.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

NOTE: Apply a few drops of GM loctite (or equivalent) to threads of mounting bolt before installing.

1. Lubricated new bushings with silicone grease.
2. Bushings into anchor brackets.
3. Caliper mounting bracket with mounting bolts using No. 60 Torx Bit. Tighten caliper mounting bracket bolts to 200 Nm (148 ft. lbs.).
