Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement

Tools Required:
J 25034-B Pulley Remover
J 25033-B Pulley Installer

Remove or Disconnect

1. Pump drive belt(s).
2. Pump from engine for tool clearance, if needed.
3. Using removal tool, pulley from pump.

Install or Connect

Removing/Installing Pump Pulley:

1. Using installer tool, pulley onto pump. Axial tolerance of pulley on pump shaft is ±0.25 mm (±0.010 in.).

2. Pump onto engine, if previously removed.
3. Pump drive belt(s).
4. Bleed power steering system, if system was opened.

Inspect
^ For leaks.
