Test C Traction Off Lamp On W/No DTC's Set:

CHART TEST DESCRIPTION
Number(s) below refer to circled number(s) on the diagnostic chart.
1. Determines which Instrument Panel cluster option the vehicle has.
2. Determines if the Tech 1 ABS/TCS Lamp Test is functional.
3. Determines if the malfunction is internal to the EBTCM.
4. Determine if the malfunction is in the Instrument Panel cluster, the Traction Control Switch, or CKT 1660.
5. Checks for open in CKT 39.
6. Determines if there is an open in the Instrument Panel Cluster.
7. Checks for a short to GND in the Traction Control Switch or CKT 1660.
8. Checks the Traction Control Switch and CKT 1660 for a short to GND.
9. Checks for open in CKT 1250.
10. Checks for an open in CKT 1572.
11. Checks for a short to voltage in CKT 1572.
12. Checks for an open in the EBTCM. This test determines whether the LDM or EBTCM is malfunctioning.
