Alternator Splash Shield - to Transaxle Mount Bracket

Generator Shield (All).:

Generator Shield (Manual Transaxle).:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Raise and suitably support vehicle.
2. Right tire and wheel assembly.
3. Right engine splash shield upper retaining clips and pull down shield.
4. Right ball joint nut and separate control arm.
5. Right side drive axle from transaxle and position aside.
6. Bolts/screws.
7. Splash shield.


INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Splash shield.
2. Bolts/screws. Tighten to 10 Nm (89 in lb).
3. Right side drive axle to transaxle.
4. Right outer tie rod.
5. Right control arm and ball joint.
6. Right engine splash shield using upper retaining clips.
7. Right tire and wheel assembly.
8. Lower vehicle.
