This bulletin is being issued to correct the Diagnostic Aids section of the facing page for DTC P0134 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Error.
THE FAULTY HO2S HEATER OR HEATER CIRCUIT IS INCORRECT
With the ignition "ON" the Tech 1 displays an HO2S voltage at bias (approximately 450 mV). The Tech 1 display will not change from the bias voltage reading. With the ignition "ON", engine running, the vehicle will remain in open loop until the following conditions are met:
^ Engine run time is greater than 40 seconds.
^ Engine coolant temperature is above 43°C (110°F).
^ Throttle angle is greater than 3%.
