Liquid Line Filter

Remove or Disconnect

1. Air cleaner assembly
2. Recover refrigerant.
3. Raise vehicle and suitably support.
4. Liquid line from condenser.
5. Lower vehicle.
6. Liquid line from evaporator.
7. Liquid line from clip at frame rail.
8. Master cylinder and position aside.
9. Windshield wiper motor.
10. Liquid line from vehicle, including O-rings and expansion tube.

Install or Connect

1. Liquid line from vehicle, including O-rings and expansion tube.
2. Windshield wiper motor.
3. Properly position master cylinder and install.
4. Liquid line to clip at frame rail.
5. Liquid line to evaporator.
6. Raise vehicle and suitably support.
7. Liquid line to condenser.
8. Lower vehicle.
9. Evacuate and recharge the system.
10. Leak test system.
11. Air cleaner assembly.
