Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve: Service and Repair

Crankcase Ventilation Valve Location:

Remove or Disconnect:
1. Remove sight shield from fuel rail and intake Refer to Engine Cover Replacement Service and Repair.
2. Press access cover down and rotate 1/4 turn counterclockwise
3. Lift the cover and O-ring off slowly
4. Remove spring and valve with O-ring from the intake manifold

Install or Connect:
1. Install crankcase ventilation valve; replace O-ring if necessary
2. Install spring
3. Install cover and O-ring
4. Install cosmetic cover
