Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Check I/P Fuse Block Fuses 11 and 17 by visual inspection.
2. Check RH Underhood Fuse Block Fuse 3 by visual inspection.
3. Check that Blower Motor connectors and Blower Control Module connectors are mated correctly and firmly seated.
4. If the Steering Wheel Controls do not operate the Radio or the Heater and A/C Controls, refer to STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS.
5. If the Steering Wheel Controls operate the Radio, but do not operate the Heater and A/C Controls, refer to A/C: AIR DELIVERY AND TEMPERATURE CONTROLS.
6. If Blower runs with Ignition Switch OFF, check PPL (65) wire, ORN (761) wire and Relay Center Fuse 2 for a short to battery. If OK, replace Blower Control Module.
