Front Door Panel: Service and Repair

Door Trim Panel:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Screws (2).
2. Reflector (3) using a thin-bladed tool to disengage from trim panel.
3. Screw (4).
4. Escutcheon (6) by prying at inboard edge with a thin-bladed tool.
5. Outside mirror escutcheon.
6. Inside door handle escutcheon (5) by removing screw (7) and pulling out at front of escutcheon and disengaging tabs (8) from trim panel.
7. Power window switch escutcheon, if applicable.
8. Power door lock escutcheon, if applicable.
9. Manual window regulator handle if applicable.
10. Grasp trim panel by hand and gently pull outward to release fasteners (9) from retainers (10).
11. Door trim panel (1) by lifting at bottom of panel to disengage hooks (11) from slots on inner door panel.

Install or Connect

1. Door trim panel (1) by routing seat belts and door lock harness through trim panel.
^ Align hooks (11) to slots at top of inner door panel and engage to secure.
^ Align fasteners (9) to retainers (10) and apply pressure in area of retainers to seat fully.
2. Manual window regulator handle if applicable.
3. Power door lock escutcheon if applicable.
4. Power window escutcheon.
5. Escutcheon (5) and screw (7).
6. Outside mirror escutcheon.
7. Escutcheon (6).
8. Screw (4).
9. Reflector (3).
10. Screw (2).
