This bulletin is being issued to inform dealers that the window shade slack comfort feature on the seat belt restraint system will not be available on the 1990 Cutlass Ciera, Cutlass Calais and Toronado vehicles, and only Ninety-Eight and Eighty-Eight with SIR. All dealership personnel should be aware of this change.
