The following information is a supplement to Dealer Management Bulletin 87-I-16 and provides toll free 800 numbers for the tire manufacturers listed.

All tire companies that supply tires to GM now offer national toll free phone numbers for GM dealers in need of tire assistance. These numbers may be used to order tires, for technical information, tire warranty questions, tire dealer locations, etc. Of course, current tire adjustment procedures through local tire outlets continue as in the past.

Since each tire company program varies slightly in content, it is suggested that specific details be obtained from the appropriate tire manufacturer whenever assistance is required
