Water Pump: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then drain cooling system.
2. Disconnect serpentine belt at the water pump pulley.
3. Disconnect A/C pressure cycling switch electrical connectors, then remove pressure cycling switch.
4. Remove water pump pulley, then the water pump.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
