FIGURE 1:

1. Remove three (3) lug nuts from each wheel for lock bracket installation. Refer to Figure 1 for all models except Ninety-Eight.

FIGURE 2:

NOTE: 1985 Ninety-Eight front wheel covers are retained by the drive axles; therefore, they do not require lock brackets. Refer to Figure 2.
2. Place lock bracket on lug nut studs.

3. Install three (3) special lug nuts on each wheel to retain lock bracket and torque to specifications. LOOSE CONDITION OF LOCK BRACKET WILL BE NORMAL. WHEN LUG NUTS ARE SEATED, FRONT WHEEL STUDS WILL HAVE A RECESSED APPEARANCE, WHICH IS NORMAL.
4. Align valve notch in wire wheel cover with valve stem on wheel. Place cover on wheel by hand only. DO NOT USE A HAMMER TO INSTALL COVER.

5. Tighten lock nut or bolt by turning lock key wrench clockwise. This will secure the wire wheel cover.

FIGURE 2:

6. On Ninety-Eight models, move the anti-rotation latch over until it contacts lock nut. See Figure 2.
7. Snap in center medallion.

FIGURE 3:

8. Install the Wire Wheel Cover Removal Instruction label to underside of deck lid next to jacking instruction label. See Figure 3.
9. The lock key wrench is to be placed in the glove box along with the I.D./Registration Card.

The procedure for removal and installation is to be explained to the owner prior to delivery.
