Top Strap Procedure

FIGURE 4 - TOP STRAP ANCHOR ASSEMBLY INSTALLED - CUTLASS CIERA WAGON (TWO SEAT):

STEP #1

Mark the appropriate drilling point on the floor, RH or LH side wall carpet and cut a 9 mm (11/32") hole through the carpet and insulation


STEP #2

Center punch a drill point as marked in Step 1 and drill a 9 mm (11/32") hole through the sheetmetal.

NOTE: The floor pan hole should be located to the right of the drain hole.
