HEATER CORE : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove heater & cooling unit assembly. Exploded View.
2.Remove heater pipe grommet and heater pipe bracket. Exploded View.





3.Remove fixing screws (A), and then remove heater pipe cover (1).
4.Remove foot duct LH (2). Exploded View.
5.Slide heater core (3) to leftward (as shown in the figure).

INSTALLATION

Note the following item, and then install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
Refilling Engine Coolant when filling radiator with engine coolant.
