Idle Up Control Valve: Testing and Inspection

FICD Testing:

1. Apply battery voltage to the terminals as shown. A clicking sound should be heard. If not proceed to step #2.

FICD Components:

2. Remove the solenoid and check for sticking plunger or broken spring.
Replace the solenoid if it fails the above test.
