SERVICE INFORMATION

A new A/C compressor has been adopted for the 1989 Sentra Port and Dealer installed air conditioning system, as announced in Parts Bulletin NPB 88-68, dated December 22, 1988.

The current compressor (NVR-140S) and the new compressor (DKV-14C) are interchangeable as an assembly. However, the component parts (clutch assembly, compressor without clutch, and thermo protector) of the current and new compressors are not interchangeable.
