Ignition Ballast Resistor: Testing and Inspection

Ignition Resistor Test:

1. Disconnect ignition resistor terminal.
2. Using an ohm meter measure resistance across the terminals as shown.
If not approximately 2.2k ohm, replace ignition resistor.
